1. Booking Request: Client submits booking with pick-up & drop-off details, date, time, passenger count, luggage needs, vehicle type, and special requests.
2. Confirmation: A confirmation email/text is sent, often with driver and vehicle details.
3. Scheduling & Dispatch: Dispatch assigns a driver and vehicle. Customer may receive driver’s name, contact number, and tracking link (if available).
4. Pick-Up: Driver meets the client at the designated location (see Pickup Details above). Assistance is provided with luggage.
5. Transfer: Comfortable ride in a private, air-conditioned vehicle with Wi-Fi and bottled water.
6. Drop-Off: river will safely arrive at the drop-off point (terminal, curbside, or hotel entrance), assists with luggage, and confirms all belongings before ending the trip.

Additional Notes
• We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
• If you are traveling with oversized luggage or sports equipment, please inform us in advance so we can assign the most suitable vehicle.
• Free Waiting Period:
• Airport transfers: 75 minutes (counted from actual flight landing time by default, unless a different time is specified)
• Other transfers: 30 minutes (counted from scheduled pick-up time)
• Overtime Charges: USD 10 per 15 minutes (any part of 15 minutes counts as full)
• Child Seats: Please specify type and quantity in booking notes; available upon request, for extr charge policy, please refer to the “What's Included" section;
