2. Pre-Service Coordination & Tracking
Prior to service, our operations team verifies all logistics.
For airport arrivals: flight status is tracked in real time to adjust for early or delayed landings.
For cruise arrivals: ship docking schedules and terminal assignments are confirmed to ensure the vehicle is positioned on time.
Clients receive the chauffeur’s name and direct contact information 12 hours before pickup via text or email.
3. Chauffeur Dispatch & Vehicle Preparation
