1. Booking Request: Client submits booking with pick-up & drop-off details, date, time, passenger count, luggage needs, vehicle type, and special requests. 2. Confirmation: A confirmation email/text is sent, often with driver and vehicle details. 3. Scheduling & Dispatch: Dispatch assigns a driver and vehicle. Customer may receive driver’s name, contact number, and tracking link (if available). 4. Pick-Up: Driver meets the client at the designated location (see Pickup Details above). Assistance is provided with luggage. 5. Transfer: Comfortable ride in a private, air-conditioned vehicle with Wi-Fi and bottled water. 6. Drop-Off: river will safely arrive at the drop-off point (terminal, curbside, or hotel entrance), assists with luggage, and confirms all belongings before ending the trip.
