Stay for 8 days at Geddes Great House 777ft above sea. Learn about Food Forest Growth & Garden to table Jamaican Cuisine. History will revel how the Geddes Houses across the island were used for Slavery Trade.
The next 4 days we go up the hills from Montego Bay is Rastafarian Herbal Gardens. Here participants will learn about using Permaculture Principles in an Old Growth Fruit Forest. Experience living & eating off the land with practice of “Ital Livity” a Rasta way of living naturally.
Participants will also enjoy day outings to Browns Town Market, Dunns River Falls & Doctors Cave Beach in Montego Bay.
This offering includes group guide, a non stop return flight from Toronto to Montego Bay, All transportation around the island, workshops, meals day trips & accommodations.

The World Famous Dunn's River Falls & Park
Group and guide arrive at airport in Montego Bay Bus transport day trip to Dunns Falls in Ocho Rios, St Anne Parish. Dunn's River Falls is a spectacular White River waterfall near Ocho Rios in Jamaica, where cold mountain water cascades 1,000 feet (300 meters) down naturally terraced steps. Those interested in geology will be fascinated with the way the world-famous falls renew themselves via regular deposits of calcium carbonate and sodium, Participants will enjoy a tour of the falls and some sun time on the beach.

Brown's Town is one of the most important and biggest inland town in St Ann, it market attracts farmers and vendors from all over the surrounding Blue Harbour Mountains and further afield. It is best to visit on market days (Wednesday, Friday or Saturday) to see the town at its liveliest. In addition to the market, Brown's Town is famous for its range of educational institutions.
