Moraine Lake
Sunrise at Moraine Lake should be at the top of everyone's Banff bucket list. Upon arrival, your expert local guide will hand out head torches, allowing you to safely navigate the trails on the way to the best viewpoint to get comfortable and take in the sunrise. You can also enjoy a hot drink while you wait for the sun to start hitting the Valley of the Ten Peaks, with our complimentary hot chocolate, coffee & tea also on offer upon arrival. Our local expert guides have some pretty handy photography knowledge too, so they can help you get set up for that series of amazing photos you're about to take. We usually spend 1.5 hours here, plenty of time to enjoy the sunrise and explore some of the trails around the lake before all the big buses arrive.

Lake Louise
After our incredible Moraine Lake sunrise experience, it's time to fuel up with a delicious hot breakfast & barista-made hot drink at Trailhead Cafe, our local favourite spot nestled in beautfiul Lake Louise Village. Lake Louise
Arrive at Lake Louise well before the big crowds start rolling in to make the most of the rising sun on Victoria Glacier and the stunning sunrise colors still working their way across the mountains and turquiose lake. We usually spend 1.5 hours here, allowing for plenty of time to explore the amazing trail system or rent a canoe for a paddle on the lake when it's at its calmest and most beautiful. Contact Radventures before booking to express your interest in renting a canoe on the day, so we can walk you to the front of the line. For guests wishing you extend their stay at Lake Louise to hike the trails or spend more time canoeing, you are welcome to find your own transportation back at the end of the tour. Just let us know before booking so we can make notes on our manifest.
