Port Hardy
15 minutes outside of Port Hardy we will put the Kayaks in at the airport beach. From there we will paddle along the shore for 2km through kelp beds and tide pools to the mouth of the Keogh River. As the tide comes in we will watch the Black Bears waiting at the mouth of the river to catch Pink Salmon for their final meals before their long winter hibernation.
