Pick-Up at the Airport • The driver arrives at the designated pick-up zone before the customer’s arrival. • Customers receive a message upon arrival with directions to the shuttle. • The driver assists with luggage and ensures all passengers are accounted for. 4. Transit to Banff • The shuttle departs on time, following the safest and fastest route. • The driver provides information about the journey, estimated arrival time, and optional stops if needed. • Complimentary services (if offered) such as bottled water, WiFi, or sightseeing tips enhance the ride. 5.
